What Information Do I Collect and Why?

If we proceed with a working arrangement, I collect the following additional information:

- Files necessary for the work
Where Do I Store Your Data?
- Emails are stored in my password-protected email account.
- Work files are stored on my computer until the project is completed, after which they can be deleted upon your request.
How Long Do I Keep Your Data?
- Your personal data (name and address) is retained for at least seven years to comply with HMRC requirements.
- Unless requested otherwise, I will keep project files for the same period. I am happy to delete them earlier upon request.
Do I Share Your Data?
- I do not share your data with anyone unless required for an HMRC audit.
- If you consent to provide a testimonial for my website, I will use the name and details you provide.
- I do not subcontract work or discuss your project with third parties or on social media without your explicit permission.
Cookies
I do not place cookies on my website beyond those used by Webador. These include:
- Google Analytics (configured to anonymise IP addresses and prevent data usage for other Google services, ensuring no traceable data is processed).
- A functional cookie to verify website ownership, which does not impact customer privacy.
